Learn how to figure out for&lt;br /&gt;yourself who to believe and who to kick to the curb.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hxFGqWOZa2Y/SxiVjL1J8nI/AAAAAAAAADo/KuEtQQRhhD0/s1600-h/woman.fustrated.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_hxFGqWOZa2Y/SxiVjL1J8nI/AAAAAAAAADo/KuEtQQRhhD0/s200/woman.fustrated.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So here's the bottom line question...when it comes to fitness, who do you b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;elieve?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Well, believe me (no pun intended!) when I say this...you CAN make good, educated decisions when it comes to what works and what doesn't in fitness, even if you don't have "insider" knowledge about every single product, author or training technique you come across.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;My main goal here is to give you some solid decision-making ideas to help you steer yourself in the right direction.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;My OTHER goal here is to help you avoid the "paralysis by analysis" that often plagues those who aren't sure where to start or who to believe...they end up doing nothing at all, which is NOT the best way to accomplish something!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;1. The TRUST Factor...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;The first method of determining what's good and what's bad is finding a person/coach/trainer you trust...somebody who walks the walk, who has spent time "in the trenches" and who really cares about what they're doing. Somebody whose recommendations you know are based on knowledge and experience.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Here's the thing...some of the most knowledgeable people around when it comes to training don't have any "real" qualifications at all! Their knowledge is based on their own reading and their own gym hours. Yet this can also be a very dangerous thing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Those "real" qualifications do serve a purpose. Ideally, you want to find somebody who's got a good base of knowledge in the theoretical and plenty of practical experience in the gym...somebody who is not afraid to acknowledge the validity of other people's theories and practices. For me, this is a HUGE determination of who to trust...any coach who thinks that only THEIR way is effective is an idiot. Just like there are many good ways to get from point A to point B in a city, there are plenty of ways to accomplish fat loss and muscle growth.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Some ways are better than others, naturally, but many ideas have merit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;2. Consider the Source And What They Have To Gain Or Lose&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;When you read a muscle magazine and come across a 4-page "informational" report, it's pretty easy to figure out what the company has to gain by putting forward this information. You know it's going to be slanted in favor of their product because they want you to buy it. As good as the information they present might LOOK, you have to take it with a grain of salt because they have a lot to gain by your accepting the information.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Here's the problem...even very good studies quoted in these ad reports can be very loosely interpreted to "prove" the product works. They know that chances are good you're not going to be looking up and actually reading these studies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;3. What Do You Do When 2 People You Trust Say 2 Different Things?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;That makes things a bit trickier and that's when you need to educate yourself, think things through and sometimes even take BOTH people's advice and test it for yourself. I'll explain...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;For example, if one person says "long-duration cardio is the best way to lose fat" and the other person says "interval training is the best way to lose fat", and you trust both people, what you'll need to do is see what works best for YOU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Neither method of cardio training is necessarily wrong - both methods have their pros and cons and both can be more appropriate in certain situations. If both people put forward good arguments, you need to test it on yourself if you want to really find out what works best for you. Do 3 weeks of long-duration cardio then gauge your results then do 3 weeks of intervals and gauge your results.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Honestly, this isn't perfect either but it'll give you a good idea of what works for you and what doesn't.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;And if you don't want to test both opinions, then read MORE opinions to see if somebody else puts forward a better explanation.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Let me put it this way...I know for a FACT that not everybody reading this article will agree 100% with every bit of training information I put forward. That's totally fine with me! In fact, I prefer it that way because it means I'm pushing the envelope.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;It then comes down to how you feel about the reasoning behind the techniques and your willingness to give the techniques a fair try. It's the same thing when you have 2 trainers who disagree - heck, they may BOTH be wrong!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;4. The Gut Check&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Ever heard the phrase "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is?" If some diet program makes insane claims, they'd better have proof to back it up. Lose 10 lbs in your first week? It's possible...if that 10 lbs is mostly water.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;At the same time, don't be fooled by people who claim that fast results AREN'T possible. Because I can tell you from experience, you CAN see quick results IF you've got the right training and nutritional program. Many people want you to believe you have settle for less because THEY have settled for less and don't know how to get more.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;There's a happy medium in that respect...don't be afraid to try for big results but temper your expectations because there's a reason those ads all have to have small print that says "results aren't typical."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;5. Doing SOMETHING is Always Better Than Doing NOTHING&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;If you're sitting on the couch, eating potato chips and watching 8 hours of TV a day because two different coaches said two different things about training and you don't know who to believe, I can promise you that the answer won't come to you on reruns of the Cosby Show.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Likewise, the person who has all the theoretical training knowledge in the world but who doesn't put any of it into practice is NOT better off than the person who knows hardly anything about training but who goes for a walk every day and tries to eat more fruits and vegetables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;So even if you're getting conflicting advice, use your best judgement and DO something. If it's not working after a few weeks, you can change. There's no contract to sign.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;6. How Do You Tell When Information is BAD?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;There will be times when information is just plain bad. That's when you go to your resources...ask people you trust (I'm happy to help you with questions you have about training info), post a note on a forum that has good people on it, do some research online.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;If something doesn't smell right about the information, definitely do a little research before trying it out.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;CONCLUSION:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;The bottom line with all these tips is that contradictions in training information are a fact of life...they'll always be very knowledgeable, well-educated people who disagree completely about different aspects of fitness.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;But don't let contradictions stop you from moving forward and forming a plan of action...chances are, these contradictions won't matter a hill of beans in terms of your overall results.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Long-duration cardio or intervals? Now don't look at me like that. Allow me to explain...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Let me set the stage for you...you began your fat-loss training and all the weight training exercises were new and tough. All the cardio was challenging. The diet was rough. Yet you started losing fat FAST.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Then you started getting into the groove - you learned the exercises and training techniques, you got good at the cardio and could really power through it. Even the diet part was getting easier.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Now, you would think with things going this well (your training and eating actually improving as you were going) that your fat loss would actually be accelerated.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;But then things started to slow down.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;You're training just as hard. The cardio is tough but you've found your stride with it. The diet part is going well.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Is your metabolism slowing down? You take a few days off and eat more to try and reset your metabolism and then jump back in but things still aren't moving.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;What now?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Time to go back to the drawing board and quite literally go back to when you were BAD at things!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Because when you were BAD at things, everything you did seemed to take more energy. It was inefficient. And in that inefficiency, you burned a LOT more calories...getting the idea now?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Let's take running as an example as this is a very visual thing. Look at two people...one is a first-time jogger, trying to get into shape. The other is an experienced runner.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Let's also assume these two people weigh exactly the same so they SHOULD be burning the same number of calories when they cover the same distance, right?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;But when you see the poor guy slogging his way down the side of the road, barely lifting his feet off the ground and you see the OTHER guy practically floating past him, who do you think is burning more calories and challenging their body to a greater degree?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;The guy who is completely inefficient is driving his metabolism to a whole other level than the experienced runner, even though the runner is probably going 3 or 4 times faster!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;So here's the take-home lesson. When fat loss starts to slow down, you don't necessarily need to work harder at the same things you're already doing...you may just need to do something completely different!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Let's say you're used to doing barbell bench press for chest and rarely ever do dips. Even if you push yourself on the bench press, what do you think will get you cranked up more...bench press or dips? You'll be so unused to doing dips that your body will have to work a lot harder just to perform the exercise.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Then when you get too good at dips, switch to dumbbell bench press. Keep doing stuff you're NOT good at!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;You want to really lose fat? Put together a program based on exercises you STINK at or rarely do (maybe because you stink at them).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;You may have to use a lot less weight but I can promise, you'll kick your metabolism into gear far more than when you cruise through even tough sets of exercises you ARE good at.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Try a workout based on weighted dips, front squats, wide-grip barbell rows, hang clean and press, and stiff-legged deadlifts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Or if you're good at those, go with exercises you're NOT good at. Force yourself to do them until you GET good at them, then move on to something else.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;When it comes to cardio training, do you do interval training on the treadmill? Get out to an athletic field and do sprints there instead. Kick butt on the stair machine? Try some real stairs and see what happens! Or, even better, do something TOTALLY different like swimming.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I think you're getting the idea...when the body gets good at something, it gets lazy and efficient. It's not so bad!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There have been studies done on fruit sugar (fructose) and how it's metabolized in the body and liver, which I'll get into in a bit, but I'm also going to talk about fruit from a practical standpoint.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First, here is why it WON'T make you fat...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fruit is a fat-free (with rare exception, like avocados) and fairly low-calorie, high-fiber food. It's going to be hard to eat ENOUGH fruit to result in an excess of calories, resulting in noticeable fat gain...hard, but not impossible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You would have to look long and hard to find somebody who ate a lot of fruit and had gained a lot of fat because of all the fruit they ate. Fruit roll-ups, fruit juice (with 10% real juice), Fruity Pebbles and Froot Loops...maybe not so hard, though I do have to say &lt;a href="http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/high-fructose-corn-syrup/AN01588"&gt;high fructose corn syrup&lt;/a&gt; is NOT a fruit just because it has the word "fructose" in it, so that doesn't count.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And I don't know about you, but I have yet to hear of somebody sitting down in front of the television and not realizing they ate an entire bag of apples or saying their doctor told them they need to lay off the bananas!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Real" fruit actually contains a lot of water, nutrients, fiber, etc...healthy stuff...stuff your body NEEDS. It's generally when we start mucking around with fruit that we start to run into problems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the words of Homer Simpson..."This jelly donut has purple stuff in it. Purple is a fruit."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That being said, there ARE metabolic issues with fruit and fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes, it IS true that the body has certain limitations processing fructose (the type of sugar found in fruit).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fructose can only be stored as glycogen (glycogen is the carbohydrate storage molecule in the body) in the liver, not in the muscles. Muscle cells lack the proper enzymes to convert fructose into this storage molecule.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So that leaves the liver for storage...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When liver glycogen levels are full and your body can't store any more carbs in the liver, fructose IS easier for the body to convert into fat than other carbs because of its molecular structure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This fat is NOT immediately converted into bodyfat, however. It becomes free fatty acids circulating in the bloodstream. If they're not burned, they CAN be stored as bodyfat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But the OTHER good stuff you find in fruit, notably the fiber and vitamins and minerals, outweigh the "dangers" of storing a little extra fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And here's the point that a lot of people miss, especially when they hear that fruit has the potential to work against fat loss when on a diet...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you're dieting, you should be in a caloric deficit. This means that your liver glycogen levels should very RARELY be full. You're in a deficit after all!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Therefore...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. The fructose should have little chance of being converted into fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. If some excess fructose IS converted to fat, chances are good it'll be USED by the body soon after being converted to fat because you're in a caloric deficit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Granted, just like ANY other carbohydrate, if you eat too much of it, it can be stored as fat. If you're a competitive bodybuilder peaking for a competition, you MAY have to watch your fruit intake to be sure you come in at your leanest.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But for the average person looking to drop bodyfat, fruit is not something I would be too worried about (unless you're on a low-carb diet, in which case you're watching ALL carbs anyway).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would be FAR more concerned about a person drinking too much of that diet soda garbage while dieting before I'd even be slightly concerned about them eating an apple.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bottom line, my stance is this...DO NOT feel guilty about eating fruit, even while dieting. Treat it as you would any other food with calories in it and simply be aware of your intake because ANY food has the potential to make you fat, especially if you eat it when your body doesn't need any more calories for that day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you want to minimize the impact of fruit on your fat-loss diet, eat it in the morning when liver glycogen levels are naturally at their lowest point. There's really no getting around it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I like to use the analogy of a swimming pool (I "borrowed" this one from fat-loss guru Tom Venuto)...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you're filling up a swimming pool (the pool is your total amount of body fat), the deep end fills up first, right? Then the shallow end fills up as the water level rises.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Generally speaking, the deep end can be compared to the areas where you put on fat FIRST. The shallow end is where you put on fat LAST.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you go to lose fat, look at the swimming pool again...when you drain the swimming pool, you can't drain water from just the deep end! It drains from the whole pool at once...the shallow end shows it first, THEN the deep end last.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So basically (and fairly depressingly!), the fat you want to get rid of FIRST is the fat that's going to come off pretty much LAST. To burn just stomach fat (or thigh fat or back fat), you'd have to figure out a way to defeat the entire system your body uses to store fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sticking a vacuum into your belly with surgery is one way to do it - taking useless pills like Acai Berry definitely WON'T do it, no matter how many "simple rules" you follow (in that case, the simple rule is "give us all your money so you can't afford food anymore" - I guess that one actually WILL work).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And that's not even all your options for losing stomach fat...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Starvation dieting - this is THE best way to lose weight...of course, it'll be mostly muscle, which will send your metabolism into a nosedive, which will make it harder to continue to lose weight, which will make it easier to REGAIN weight, which will keep that lovely stomach fat firmly where you left it, even though the precious scale shows a smaller number...oops, somebody changed the calibration on it...you actually weigh more now...never mind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Diet pills - pretty much all of these will work for you, especially the ones that say you can eat anything you want and still lose weight (just make sure you're never more than 15 feet from a bathroom). You know the manufacturers are only interested in your success and well-being, after all! And don't forget, the heart is a muscle and the faster it goes, the more calories you burn, right! Who wouldn't want to have their heart-rate up in the "training zone" while they're sleeping...talk about efficiency!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. High Impact Aerobics For Beginners - the good news is, soft tissue injuries require a LOT of calories to heal up, so bust out those Step Tae Bosu Dance tapes and go nuts!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay, let's move on to some of the more "radical, unproven" stuff ;)...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Eating natural, wholesome foods - what a crock! The only thing anybody has ever lost from eating this garbage is fat. Oh wait...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Weight training - even more useless than good nutrition, weight training is something to stay away from. All it will do is build muscle and increase your metabolism. Total B.S. Is it that we are gong to fall into a deep depression, or will we see better days ahead?  Personally I think it is attitude!  Don't get me wrong, I know things are as not as good as they used to be, and some places are cutting jobs, and retail is slow. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think we are seeing a meltdown in corporate america and we are scared because we are told that we should be.  I am not buying into the negative mindset.  We are having a correction of our corporate greed and being fooled into believing that is &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;we are gong to die and suffer through a deep depression like the 20's.  Well I spoke to my father a few weeks ago that is 88 this year and has worked for himself for 54 years and still going.  He said that he has had ups and downs, but he would not have changed anything he did.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I asked what is was like in the depression, and he told me that he had to stand in line for food once a week with his brother, at 1o years old, with a pail for soup.  His mom didn't work, and there were 5 kids to feed.  That pail of soup lasted all week.  Sometimes there was a loaf of bread and a stick of butter.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It really mad me think that life isn't so bad when a store hre and there close or someone lost their job.  You can always get another one.  I have been downsized myself and I made it though.  It wasn't always easy, but I am doing just fine.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What do you think will happen in the next 3, 6 12 months??? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Will we wait for food?
